"You should rest," Tommy says easily. He can only barely see her, but she does look exhausted, and he can definitely hear the exhaustion in her voice. If it were any other situation, he might make some insinuation or another about the indelicacy of a young woman with a man in her bed. But he is a half dead thing, a half blind thing, and he doesn't have the energy for it besides.
