It's a nice day, and a nice drive. Admittedly, these modern cars seem a bit too fast and sleek. She does not feel unsafe with Tommy though. He appears to have full control of the vehicle, which sets her mind at ease.

Mary is relieved to see the country again and peers out at the stables as they pass. Lovely. She can't wait to meet some of the horses.
